Terms and Conditions

1 Scope of application

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts concluded between IRIE (hereinafter "Provider") and the customer (hereinafter "Customer").

2 Conclusion of contract

The contract is concluded when the Provider accepts the Customer's order by means of an order confirmation.

The Customer shall receive a confirmation by e-mail.

3 Prices and terms of payment

As a small business, no sales tax is charged in accordance with §19 para. 1 UstgB.

The customer can choose between the following payment methods: Credit card, bank transfer.

4 Cancellation

A cancellation fee of 10% will be retained in the event that the customer withdraws from the purchase contract.

5 force majeure

In cases of force majeure that prevent the contract from being fulfilled (in particular extreme weather events such as strong wind or rain), both contracting parties undertake to find an alternative solution that satisfies both parties. This includes, for example, rescheduling the performance or changing the stage.

6 Warranty and liability

The statutory warranty rights apply. The provider is only liable for damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent behavior.

7 data protection

The provider collects, processes and uses the customer's personal data only in accordance with the statutory provisions. Further information can be found in the privacy policy.

8 Final Provisions

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. Should individual provisions of these AGB be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
